Last week we attended the annual “Tri-Party” Transportation Conference in Red Deer, Alberta. It was good to catch up with many of the suppliers, clients, and other engineers we work with on so many projects. It was also great to hear presentations about issues affecting the industry, like the state of environmental permitting and the 2013 flood repair work.
This is definitely the go-to conference for professionals in the Transportation industry in Alberta.
They call it “tri-party,” because it is a joint effort of:
- Alberta Transportation
- Consulting Engineers of Alberta (CEA)
- Alberta Roadbuilders and Heavy Construction Association (ARHCA)
