President
Mr. Roseke has 19 years experience in the design of bridges and culverts. His clients have included Alberta Transportation, Municipal Districts and Counties, Alberta Environment & Parks, Parks Canada, oil and resource companies, and others. He has designed, reviewed, and supervised culvert installations ranging from corrugated steel pipe, structural plate pipe, concrete pipe, concrete boxes, steel arch bridges, and others. He is the author of CulvertPro, a hydraulic design software product used by engineers throughout the world.
Levi Ober, P.L.(Eng.)
Bridge Manager
As a bridge engineer with 12 years of experience, Mr. Ober is responsible for the preliminary
engineering, design, regulatory approvals, tendering, contract administration and construction
supervision for various bridge related projects. He is well versed in determining hydrological
conditions, analysing hydraulics, implementing environmental considerations, estimating, tendering
and determining structure geometry in accordance with Alberta Transportations design standards.
He is also a certified class B bridge inspector that is responsible for inspecting bridge sized
structures, assessing the integrity of those structures, and providing maintenance recommendations.
His experience enables him to continually manage and deliver on all phases of bridge related
projects.
Ken Hanna, C.Tech
Materials Manager
Ken is responsible for our materials division, a growing part of our company. Mr. Hanna has some thirty years experience in construction inspection, supervision and materials testing in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and the Northwest Territories. This experience includes field testing and supervision of placed concrete in plastic and precast form. Extensive experience in soils construction including compaction control and development, building foundations, highway and road construction. Asphaltic concrete experience has included extensive experience with residential and urban paving projects including serving as the field services inspector for the City of Lethbridge Asphalt Overlay Program. Highway paving projects include contributing in both quality control and quality assurance testing, as well as project managing numerous paving projects.
