- Professional project scope management according to the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). This includes strong scope definition via project work breakdown structures and scope control using earned value management. We ensure that changes in project scope are limited to external environmental factors or desirable changes that are approved in advance of project work.
- Consistent and regular communication with all project stakeholders, including the project sponsor (client) and external stakeholders.
- Industry leading schedule and cost management. Project schedules are working documents that guide project work rather than shelf ornaments.
