Today Vulcan County is advertising the tender for the replacement of bridge file 74005, a 6.1 m treated timber bridge over a tributary to West Arrowwood Creek. Tender opening day is Monday, October 27, 2014.
It involves removing a single span timber bridge and installing double 2400 mm diameter corrugated steel pipes. Alberta Transportation standards for highway culverts apply, i.e. standard drawing S-1418.

A non-refundable fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) made payable to Roseke Engineering Ltd. will be required for each set of documents taken. Tender documents will be available for pick up at 2:00 pm, Local Time, Tuesday, October 14, 2014.
Tenders must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total sum tendered.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any other tender will not necessarily be accepted.
